HIGH HEELS

Mit diesen Werken visualisiere ich mein Faible für die femininste Modeepoche des vergangenen Jahrhunderts. Die klassisch elegante Mode der 40/50er Jahre. Fotos aus dieser Zeit, sowie ein reger Erinnerungsschatz an meine eigene Jugend, als Sprößling eines introvertierten Modedesigners und seiner sehr attraktiven, extrovertierten Gattin, haben mich nachhaltig geprägt und zu dieser Bilderserie inspiriert.

With these works I visualize my soft spot for the most feminine fashion epoch of the last century. The classically elegant fashion of the 40/50s. Photos from this period, as well as a wealth of memories of my own youth, as the offspring of an introverted fashion designer and his very attractive, extroverted wife, have left a lasting impression on me and inspired me to create this series of pictures.
